Branded invoice PDFs and packing slips for Shopify

An invoice that shows the old address, or a packing slip that lists the item the customer swapped out, causes exactly the mistakes you were trying to prevent. BeforeShip keeps both documents in sync with the order.

How BeforeShip works

1. Customer checks out. BeforeShip places a native Shopify fulfillment hold for the window you choose (default 2 hours).
2. Customer self-serves. From their order status page they can fix the shipping address or phone, change quantity, add or remove items, swap a variant, or cancel.
3. Documents update. The branded invoice PDF and packing slip regenerate after every change; the invoice number stays the same.
4. Window closes. When time runs out — or packing starts — edits lock and the hold releases to your normal fulfillment flow.

Customers never see the name “BeforeShip” — everything carries your store’s branding.

Pricing

Invoices and packing slips are included on every plan, including Free. Free: 100 paid online orders (lifetime). Starter: $99/year (or $15/month) for 1,000 orders per month. Unlimited: $499/year (or $79/month), uncapped. Every plan has the same features — only the order cap differs.
