Questions merchants ask
What’s included on every plan?
Address and phone edits, cancel before ship, branded invoice PDF, and packing slip PDF. Plans differ only by order caps.
When can shoppers edit?
Inside your merchant-set window after the order is paid, until packing starts. Default is two hours from paid.
Do you regenerate documents after an address change?
Yes. Invoice and packing slip are regenerated with the new details. The invoice number stays the same. Packing slips hide prices by default.
What happens when I hit a plan cap?
New edits and new PDFs pause until the next month (Starter) or until you upgrade. We do not auto-charge a higher plan.
Do POS orders count?
No. Only paid online Shopify orders count toward caps.
How do I get support?
