Customer ordered the wrong size: swap it before it ships

Swapping before shipping costs nothing. Swapping after is a return. Here’s the in-admin method and the self-serve one.

In Shopify admin

1. Orders → open the order → Edit.
2. Add the correct variant; set the wrong one to quantity 0 (tick restock).
3. Review the summary: send an invoice if the total went up, refund if it went down.
4. Update order, notify customer.

Self-serve
