Shopper-facing name
What shoppers see on the change page and emails. Always the store name.
From your Shopify store name. Shoppers never see BeforeShip.
Invoice
Same number after an address change. PDF is rewritten.
Next number is 88. Address edits keep the old number.
Printed at the bottom of every invoice.
How long they have
Starts when they pay. Locks when the time ends, or when you start packing, whichever is first.
Applies to new orders. Open orders keep the window they already have.
What shoppers can do
Both are on when you first go live. Quantity and item swaps are not in this version.
Shoppers can fix shipping address and phone in the window.
Shoppers can cancel in the window. Refund goes to the original payment.
Packing slip
Warehouse only. Never emailed to the shopper.
On by default. Slip shows items and quantities, not prices. Gift note prints if it is already on the Shopify order.
