# BeforeShip

> BeforeShip is a Shopify app for pre-fulfillment order edits. Shoppers can change shipping address or phone, or cancel, before packing starts. Merchants get regenerating branded invoice and packing slip PDFs after every change.

## Who it is for
Shopify merchants (online paid orders). Shoppers never create a BeforeShip account and never see the name BeforeShip.

## What it does
- Address and phone edits in a merchant-controlled window after checkout
- Order cancel before packing / before the edit window ends
- Branded invoice PDF + packing slip PDF that regenerate after every change
- Same product features on every plan; only order caps differ

## Pricing
Same features every plan. Caps only. No paywalled tools.

- Free: $0 — 100 paid online Shopify orders (lifetime)
- Starter: $99/year or $15/month — 1,000 paid online orders per calendar month
- Unlimited: $499/year or $79/month — no order cap

POS orders do not count toward caps.
